SakuraCon 2009
I can't believe it. This was my 7th one and it's once again over. I'm not sure where to rate it of the 7, but it was definitely one of the more fun ones I've been to. Even if I didn't spend nearly a grand this year.

My biggest and most valued purchase from this year's convention, a Hatsune Miku music box that plays "Hoshi no Kakera"



Tho on side note, I was really happy how much vocaloid love there was this year. In '08, I found like at most, 3 Mikus. This year it was at least 10x that and it wasn't just Mikus. They had the twins, Meiko, Kaito and even gender benders. Actually the weird thing was the female cross dressing as Kaito seemed more like Chihaya(Idolm@ster)/Kaito. I totally didn't catch that until my friend pointed it out.

And with zoom-in, it's Tsuruya from Haruhi! I originally really wanted to get a Miku figma to sit atop my monitor but that wasn't happening and it had to be a figma. So I ended up settling on lol-tan.



Finally, got my copy of Persona 4 signed my Kappei Yamaguchi. It was so cool, he gave me a litte impression of Kuma and slightly personalized the signature with a little Kuma impression.



Ah. I miss it already, but it's been a super long week and it's still not over yet.
