Just about an hour ago during the currently running MS Japan RPG press conference, Higuchi dropped these details (From IGN)

http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/880/880407p1.html

4:20: North America release for Tales of Vesperia will be in August some time. Europe will be in 2009. Asia ouside of Japan will be some time this summer. They explain that this is a first for the series -- a near simultaneous launch.

4:19: Next, coming to introduce Vesperia is Yoshito Higuchi and Tsutomu Gouda -- both are producers. They mention that the song that we just heard is actually making its debut here. The english version has been available on iTunes and is really popular here, they say. Now, they will announce the vesperia release date. 8/7/2008 for 7,800 yen.

8/7. IM SO THERE. And I imagine the US august date is actually the 8/19 that's been in the gamestop database.

Some other neat and irritating details:

4:14: First, Tales of Vesperia. MS will release premium bundle pack with the game for 37,800 yen. It will include Vesperia plus 20 gigabyte HDisk 360 and a bonus item. The bonus item will be announced later.

4:37: They're showing a pic of the premium pack of Tales of Vesperia. It includes a booklet and a face plate. I'm not sure if this is the special bonus Sensui was talking about though.

4:32: There will be a Vesperia demo in June some time on Xbox Live. Namco Bandai will be having some cross media developments for the title outside of the game. The Bonnie Pink single will be released on 8/6. Also a fully soundtrack will be released on 8/20. They'll also have a Tales of Magazine magazine from Kadokawa Shoten -- Volume one on 8/7. Then, one issue every month on the 10th. Yes, a magazine devoted to the Tales of series!

Demo yes! And unfortunately, I'll probably find myself subscribing to this magazine or something XD

Other big news, Star Ocean 4 is slated for the 360!(Not exclusive tho) And The Last Remnant will hit 360 first this winter.
